E-mail is monitored continuously and phone calls are returned within 24 hours. Focus is on connectivity to our system and email.
A call back within 24 hours is our guarantee but most calls are returned within a few hours. E-mail is answered promptly with extended hours. Support is staffed "live" 7 days a week but when you call if our technicians are talking to other users you will go into a voice mail queuing system. Each technician will check messages and than make return calls. Be sure to leave a day and evening method of contact.
