USERNAMES & PASSWORDS

Letters in usernames must always be lower case characters.
The Username may be 2 to 16 characters in length, and may not duplicate an already existing username.
If a name currently exists, we will ask you to choose a different name.
Passwords may be from 6 to 8 characters in length.
Usernames must start with a letter, and can contain letters, numbers, periods (.), hyphens (-) or underscores (_).
Please think about your choice of Username carefully... You will be allowed to change it once for any reason, but further changes will incur a $14.95 administration fee.
For your security, Password changes can be made any time at no cost simply by e-mail to sales. Do not use your DSS Number.
E-mail addressed to your username will arrive as 'username@zotnet.net'
Example:
If your name is 'Gary Guru,' your Username (or Login name) could be 'gguru,' and your e-mail address would then be 'gguru@zotnet.net'

When you get confirmation of your Username & Password - a few seconds after you submit this form - please write them down and keep them safe.
